we get to......

....go look at houses today! still waiting on the official word but our credit is high enough to qualify now. we've worked hard paying things off to get to this point so that alone is a bonus. :)

we had fun! there are 3 that we really like. we still have to wait on the official word of approval; just because our credit score is high enough to qualify doesn't mean its 100%. but they keep saying we should be good. but as soon as they know for sure we can put an offer on one. thats the hard part; choosing. we love all 3. they are all really nice and have great features we love.
