I applied for 10 jobs today. I want something part time, that I can do while the kids are at school. I want to be able to stop coaching figure skating, because it's so draining and stressful. To do that, I need to get the same amount of money from another source, and a part time job fits the bill perfectly.

I was asked to send some of my graphics work to one of the places I applied to (it's a sign shop, where you get business signs made, etc), so that sounded promising. I applied at the bank as well, as they are hiring too. With my former management experience, I hope that will help somewhat.

I really need to stop skating now, so I'm not a stressed out, crabby mom for the upcoming 5 months LOL.

Any positive thoughts would be appreciated!
