how many rolls of toilet paper does your family go through a week? i swear, i am changing the roll every day. it's insane.

Well we have quite a few people in our hose that use the john (6) so my answer might skew this a bit but we go through a pack of 24 Angle Soft DOUBLE ROLLS in a month!!! :blink: That's a lost of crap!!! :D :D :D

Well, you do have 3 girls in your family..and two of them young, so you probably go through a lot!

My boys use TP often for their nose instead of bothering to walk into the living room for tissue, and we use the Charmin Basic...probably 1 every 3-4 days or so? Though, right now..1 a day is good with all the colds going 'round our place.

I hate to admit it...A LOT-I have TP issues and feel like I need way to much (or at least that is what my hubby says)...We go through one of the Charmin Extra Strong HUGE packages from Sam's about every three weeks-I'm not sure right off the top of my head how much is in there as far as Mega Rolls but I do recall that whatever it is is equal to 98 regular rolls.
That's right-I have TP issues.

huh... I never thought about it... I usually get the super size and we have 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us (minus the one who refuses to even try potty training)... hubby is gone all day to work and radio on the weekends... so it is really just me ;), I think we change a roll maybe every few weeks?

Kids bathroom-1-2 rolls per week
Master bathroom-2-4 rolls per week
Downstairs bath- 1 roll a month? we rarely use that bathroom

We go through 1 a day easily. Esp with Emmie now using the toilet. She needs a big bunch or it's just a mess to scary to describe lol FWIW, we have four in the house, 3 of which are girls

yeah, I think we go change ours every 2 days, but Riah only uses a square, eek! I can't get her to use more than that, sigh... although, since I'm pregnant it's been more frequent.

A ton. Especially since Ryan has finally learned to wipe his own butt. We went from going through 4 rolls a week to now going through like 8ish.

This is one of my huge bugbears at the moment! I've got a 5 yr old girl and a 3 year old girl and they drive me INSANE with the huge wodge of toilet paper they feel the need to use. I keep trying to explain but definitely falling on deaf ears.

Not sure how much we go through, must be the equivalent of a roll every day or so I guess. I just fill up the holder then exclaim when I go to the cupboard to find it bare. Again!

Don't know for sure but I do know that it is more often since I bought what amounted to 1.5/roll instead of a double roll. Won't do that again unless it is on a good sale.

thank you guys! i'm just nosey...and i guess it's not THAT nuts to go through that much...esp. like y'all said, there are 3 girls...2 of which are paper hoggers LOL

I don't know but it's a LOT. I'm always changing the roll too, especially since it seems like everyone else in the house is incapable of doing it. lol :p

We don't go through TP very quickly because DH uses it at work.

In college my roommate and I would go through one roll of Charmin a week.

I remember my mom had us start counting the squares of how much toilet paper we were using. She explained that she was giving us more than we should need, but if we needed more it was okay. So I just always counted off my 4 squares for the longest time. I think she really said that we could use up to 10, but 4 was good enough for me.

I think it's around 3 ish a week!

I think it's probably about once or twice a week I change the roll. We get the big rolls, so they do last a little longer.

I'd say 2 to 3 rolls a week depending on how much we are home that week.

Not much. DH is, well, a dude & DD is not pottytrained yet, so there's just me regularly using TP.

SS does usually need to use some when he is here on a weekend (Imagine that! When you eat more than chicken nuggets and hot dogs, you have to go! *lol*) and he uses WAY TOO much, but it all evens out since he is a boy and only here 8 overnights a month.

We use probably 1 roll every week in the main bathroom, and probably 1 every 2 weeks in the back bathroom. It's just me and my DH using them right now - my DD still won't potty train so we don't have to worry about her yet.

5 people ... 3 at home full time ... 1 almost full time ... 1 works 40 hours ... we average at least a roll a day...maybe 1 1/2 ...of the regular sized rolls. ....so when I buy ... I buy the equivalent of 31 regular sized rolls per month.

Less than one roll a week. But we're gone all day, and it's just me and 2 little girls in the house, one of whom is still in diapers, despite my best effort to train her this summer. :cursing:

I am not sure, but if feels like I change it often. Sometimes when I start feeling like its going way too fast, I start counting how many squares I use cause I do like to use a bit too much.

I use the Angel Soft double rolls, and buy them 24 at a time in the huge pack, and that usually lasts us about a month or so. There are 3 of us here, all female, lol

We're a family of four, I'm the only lady. We have three bathrooms in our house and we probably go through 4-6 rolls per week. We use Scott so it's got 1000 sheets per roll and tends to last longer than the two-ply, super-thick stuff.

I think we use a roll every 2-3 days, which is just insane being just me and my boyfriend. He uses it all the time to blow his nose and stuff, can't get him to use kleenex, and now we have a puppy we are potty training, so we use it to pick up the surprises she leaves for us on the floor :/ But I still think 2-3 rolls a week for just the two of us is ridiculous.
