Queued Order?
 

I just bought something and it says my order status is "queued"? What does that mean?

I used PP, and it says the payment is processed...hmmm...

I was really hoping to get my invites done tonight!! What should I do?

Check your e-mail, the DL links are probably there. I have orders from two years ago that are still labeled as queued.

Oh, duh! Thanks! I don't know why it's different, it's never happened before... Off to make my invites though so I won't worry about it now! ;)

Yeah. I have had weird things going on last week and this week too. I logged out and then logged back on and they were there. Tonight, I got 2 e-mails for the order receipt and 5 replicates of my download key message! The downloads went smoothly though!

Sometimes glitches happen and an order gets queued. If it happens again and you don't get the download keys in an email, email Robin, she's very good about getting them freed up for you.
