Spin off on Tracy's annoying thread... what is going great for you today?

Even though my annoying thing is that I've started potty training... we have had two successes so far!! YAY!!! (I won't say how many failures... hee hee) I FINALLY found an item that gets him excited to try... tootsies rolls (ironic, isn't it... lol!) and little matchbox like cars from the Car's Movie... so I'm going to need to go back to the store to get more of the other characters... ;)

Sweet Rewards... I've been saving up and working all month for the 40% off. Now I'm going on a shopping spree! :thumbup:

The most fabulous thing is that I haven't much to rant about. I've been actually feeling pretty happy for the past week. Seems like the 3 months away from Lux have done their good. I would love for this to stay! *knock on wood until her knuckles hurt*

Mine's in line with Rebecca's. After 6 nights (!!) of my DD having accidents in her bed, she's stayed dry for the past 3 nights. Yes, I've woken her up out of a dead sleep to go potty, but whatever works!

I'm up to 28 minutes on the treadmill now running without stopping.
We only have a couple weeks until our vacation! woot!
I ordered my Instax this am and I've started a little bag to bring with us to do a vacation smash book.

Long naps on rainy days.
Zach's tummy settled down enough for us to take a nap, so we laid down and listened to the rain and got a little sleep.

Also. Exploration. Today while it was just sprinkling, I bundled Zach up nice and tight, and took him outside, under the awning. I just reached his hand out into the rain so he could feel it. Aside from his nap, it's the least fussy he's been all day.

dd11 switched from competitive gymnastics to competitive cheer and is loving it.

ds13 is playing JV soccer for his high school.

School starts in 2 weeks and 1 day! (:wub: my kids individually, but collectively there are a lot of days where i am :cursing: and :thumbdown: and :huh: and :mad: and :blink: and :confused: and :rolleyes:)

I stepped WAY out of my comfort zone last month and started selling Thirty-One and it's going better than I could have thought it would! I really dislike change or anything that doesn't have some parameters so this was a big leap of faith for me. For some reason it's made me feel more positive about other areas of my life too which has been wonderful!

Fabulous right now: I told someone my new pricing this past week & they booked my highest 'collection' without blinking an eye or trying to negotiate!! <---makes me feel SUPER blessed & fortunate & ... & .... &... so many things.

I can hear the high school marching band practicing and the football players when they are in their huddle. LOVE it! I can't wait for football games and spirit days. A bonus is that it is louder than the cotton gin down the road.

Lilly, my 9 month old, is walking every where. Its crazy because I just went through this with Rachel (expect she was 20 months) so it makes me feel like she's growing up so well.

the weather outside is GORGEOUS. we had a pretty major storm and it is just glorious out.

I ordered some clothes online for my son - they came today and not only are they as cute as I had hoped, they actually fit!

I found out LW has a (scrap) crush on me. :wub:

My 7 year old DS, who has a very hard time with new situations, admits that his new camp was "not bad." For him that's huge!

Today is the one morning a week when all 3 kids go to camp and I have 2.5 hours to get something done without interruption. Yeah!

I'm trying to plan some fun things for DD and I to do together once the boys go back to school. This will be the first year they're both in full day school, and I think she's going to miss them a lot. I picked out a dance class for her today, and I think she's going to love it!

...she thinks it's just a scrap crush....mwahahaha

My sister is here from Indianapolis with my niece...I'm about ready to get dressed and go to my moms house and kiss her a million times...

Tomorrow is the last day of our vacation here at the Washington Coast. Then it's back to Portland to load up the moving van for our MOVE to Northern California! It's almost here! YEAH!! YEAH! YEAH! I'm so excited.

While driving in the car I just had a BRILLIANT hybrid idea (well, brilliant in my head, if it comes out in reality, that remains to be seen LOL!) for a way to track kiddo's potty success for him... ;)
