Ok, so picture it . . I'm shopping my lil heart out with birthday $$ from my mum . . shopping shopping shopping, happy happy happy . . then once I've paid a big bad ERROR message comes up - 'contact webmaster ssd' 'error has occurred' blah blah blah. :unsure::crying:

So I sent Robin a message, then checked my email - there was my usual emails after purchase, so I tried the download keys - ERROR ERROR ERROR!!! aaaaaaaaaaaargh!

Another message to Robin and within an hour VOILA - new download keys and I was back to HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!! :wub:

I don't need to email Robin quite that often luckily, but when I did I had an answer in no time and the problem was fixed every time! Yeah for Robin!

That's why I shop here every week and only sometimes somewhere else.
