photographer/commercial use

A friend of mine is starting a photography business. She is doing a Christmas mini-session soon and wants to offer some Christmas cards as an option. We found some cute templates that are photographer friendly, but I'm wondering if any of the designers here allow their kits to be used for something like that. If not, does anyone have any other suggestions?

most deisgners do not allow commerical use unless it sepecifically states in their TOU. If you had something in mind, you could always contact that designer and maybe work something out.

The only place I can recall seeing TOU is in my download once I've already purchased something. So, that's why I figured I would ask...

99% of the products here are NOT commercial use friendly. I know that La sells some CU stuff in her personal store, but I'm fairly certain that stuff is not sold here. I feel like there may have been a digital stamp or 2 that was sold as CU, that's why I say 99%, but I'm not sure.To double check you'd have to ask each designer though. Nothing a quick PM can't solve. :)

I personally would just handle it on a designer by designer case via email or PM :) I'm not opposed to my stuff being used for cards but I prefer to give permission on an individual basis since I have specific requests. Feel free to email or PM a designer and they can tell you personally. Worst they can say is no :)

OK, thanks. She did PM the designer of the kit she is looking at, just hasn't heard back yet. Figured I would ask here in the meantime :)
