can someone help with 'blue eye' in dogs

I have tried a few different things in PSE9 to try and get rid of the blue eye effect but I can't get it right.
Any tips would be gratefully received
Thanks

I don't remember where I found it, but I have a tutorial that I use...not sure if it's ok to link offsite? If so, I'll come back and post the link!

Thanks for this Sally ..

I'll have a go and see how I get on. Got loads of nice pics of the grandkids completely spoiled because they insisted on having the dog in the photo - those alien eyes send shivers up my spine !! ;)

I am probably just being thick but I cannot get that to work. I'll keep trying, but is there any other way - I was trying to find an equivalent to a red eye remover programme that might work

The way I've always done it was I used the lasso tool and drew around the part I wanted to turn black. Then I turned it b&w and adjusted the levels till it looked natural (I do this with red eye sometimes cuz the red eye tool doesn't always fix it the right way)
