I've never thought of doing this! What a great idea. :) Yay! Off to go spend another hour of my life on Pinterest. It's soooo addicting, isn't it?

I just recently did a Pinterest project, I made a homemade fruit and veggie wash like the kind you can buy in the spray bottles at the grocery store. Seems to be working great at removing the waxy residue (and pesticides) especially on apples.

HOLY COW VANESSA!! You have been busy! So did you crochet all those hats? Were they for gifts or for photo sessions? And wow on all the dishes and such. I have two things that would be pinned to done boards. Sigh. Maybe in the new year!

I sort of do. But I sort of just pin crap I do. Some of it was originally Pinterest inspired, and other stuff I just did. I do complete other pins, but I haven't been keeping up with them like I should!

I know, I keep thinking I'm going to make my own Elf on the Shelf board and Advent Activities board. So I have them all in one place. LOL!

I have one! :) I try to keep it updated as soon as I cook something from there. My family keeps that link handy so that they know where to find the recipes of the dishes I've already tried and raved about. ;)

Oh, I never even thought about making a completed pins board. I should do that! I've tried several recipes and then hated the way they turned out so I deleted the pins.

sheesh...why do I feel like my life is being wasted? I have done NOTHING. No fun stuff. I work. I scrap (a little, less than I want to), watch TV or read. Hang with friends. WHY don't I cook? do crafty stuff? all that stuff??? I love the IDEA of it :( this makes me sad, lol

i do. i haven't been doing much of the stuff i've pinned. but i did add in the recipes i did, and the hairstyle from yesterday. my goal is to be crafty over break, so i can add more to my completed list.

I don't know if I would call it a life being wasted. You're LIVING your life! You just have different priorities. ;)

I was home for 6 months over the summer due to unemployment. I knew it was coming a year in advance and I had BIG plans on what to do on my free time! This was the first time ever I was staying home since I was 17! Did I get any LOs done? Nope! Did I post on my blog that I created few weeks before my unemployment started? Nope. Did I try out new recipes every single day that I was looking forward to? Nope! BUT, it was the best time of my life! I had great time with my kids. Many days we didn't do a thing. We hung out together at home till late nights just laughing, joking and going thru memory lanes by watching old videos from when they were young. Everything that's in my Completed Pin board, I did it AFTER I went back to work! LOL Now, we try to cook something new every weekend. Kids have a link to my food board and they pick what they want to try out. I was on Pinterest when I didn't have a job, but I guess it just wasn't the right time for us! :)
