This photo was NOT edited to make it this way in any photo editing software. Only resized for web. Can you see whats wrong with it? :) Just had to share though cause I was like this is to weird! Hopefully it did not cause any accidents.

That's no good! I wonder if you should send the picture to your local traffic coordinators. (I have no clue who that would be, maybe the dmv?) That's crazy.

Wow, that could have cause a lot of mishaps. So did you stop or go? ;)

I was not driving. My husband was. There was an officer on the scene to the left of my photo. Hopefully they got it straightened out quickly. Most people were treating it like a four way stop though. Im not sure if it was the same way on the other side and I dont think it is a major intersection with traffic coming from the side. The building in the photo is an army training or recruiting office so it was most likely closed.

Um. Yeah. That's not good.

When studying for my driver's license I do not think I ever came across what to do if the light is both green and red at the same time. I mean it said what to do if the light is completely out, if it is flashing red or flashing yellow and of course the normal green. This is the first time I have ever seen in my whole life a light that was both green and red. I mean if someone who was turning or going straight as we were said they had a green light it would be true. It would also be true we had a red light too.

Oh man! I would of called the cops (the non emergency line) and let them know. They most likely would know what to do & who to call. At the very very least they could of sent someone out to direct traffic.

I hope that the light didn't cause an accident.
