Naomi's Rules About Ketchup!

Please watch this video I snapped of the kidlets a few weeks back. It had me rolling!

Quote:

A few months ago we gave away our dining table because I hated it SO much. The chairs were uncomfortable and I was looking for something I liked better. During my quest for the perfect dining set, my husband and I ate at the sofa and bought the kids a table and chair set to eat at near us.

Having their own table seemed to make them feel very grown-up and my daughter began to feel it was her responsibility to generate table talk at their dinner.

One night I finally caught some of it on camera. I've subtitled the spots I felt like people wouldn't be able to understand. And of course, the spots where I felt like commenting from the peanut gallery :) I hope you get a giggle out of it like I do!

what was the end? she wants to talk about cars & trucks? That part where she told him to dip it in the ketchup was hilarious.

Yep, she had moved on to another topic. I'm not sure why she feels she has to facilitate the conversation but it cracks me up!

Well, I think I do know why she does it...I used to always come up with topics when we all ate at the same title. It wasn't usually stuff like that but I find her so charming ❤

I think my favorite part was what sound does a porcupine make and when she told him to dip his meatloaf in the ketchup and instead he dips HER meatloaf in HER ketchup :) To funny

LOL. She's a hoot. She really did come with a number of discussion topics...and rules. When he was dipping her meatloaf in her ketchup...He was just following the rules. LOL. They are too sweet.

Such a sweet, funny video Lena. I love how she keeps telling he is a good boy. :)

That was hilarious.... I'm really torn on if I love the video or your subtitles more. :D :D

LOL thanks Sara! :D

They are too cute! Naomi and her ketchup rules reminds me a lot of Caitrin at that age (and telling her brother to dip his food in ketchup, soooo what Caitrin does NOW even). :)

"Nooooooo!" "Good boy!" Love it, Lena!

So funny... the marker on his face was totally cracking me up, too.

OH my word! So adorable and hilarious!

LOL thanks girls! I think my favorite part is that most kids, when talking about animal sounds, would discuss cow, pig, horse...mine discuss porcupines, coyote, mice.

I loved that! Cute cute cute!
And awesome subtitles!
