Hey girls!

Well, I completely fell off the wagon in Nov. I didn't even try. We went on vacation for 2 weeks, and I ate whatever I wanted and indulged in wine with dinner on more than one occasion.

SO, I was a little scared to step on the scale this morning. It's time to get back on track, but I was afraid to see how much damage I'd done.

To my surprise, I was only up about 2 1/2 lbs! Considering how naughty I'd been, I was SURE it was way more than that.

So, starting today, I'm back on track!

How's everyone else doing?

Well I was up 1.0 lb last week. But I did start back running and I want to try and keep it up now. We'll see how this week goes.

I finally got myself back on track this week! No Diet Pepsi for a week and a half now. Exercised consistently. Nutrition was excellent. Payoff was BIG. I lost 7.4 pounds this week! So happy. :)
I just finished a LO with your Loser kit, Libby... thanks for creating that! Love it!

I can't stop drinking sodas...I have at least 1 DDP a day :0/ My goal for December is going to be to try and wean off those. I have stopped drinking sweet tea..haven't had any in over a month. 1 vice at a time for me haha

I'm down almost 9lbs in November so I'm happy with that...I had 1 week of gain though which sucked

The main thing for me has been portion control and not eating when I'm bored..that's my problem...that and i love chocolate lol

I fell off the wagon a while back and am totally hating myself for it. I haven't stepped on the scale in at least a month cause I am afraid to. I mean terrified. It is not going to be pretty when I finally get the courage to do it. :(

I was afraid, too, Lorie! My dh weighed today with me, and he was up almost 10 lbs in like 3 weeks. He was crushed (but of course, it'll come off fast on him, too).

*Peeks in and looks around* Hi, everyone. Congrats on your losses! Mind if I join you? In my 20's I used to lose weight relatively easily, but after many increasingly unsuccessful attempts over the last 5 years I've finally admitted that I'm now at the stage of my life where healthy eating alone isn't going to get results. So I joined a gym just before Thanksgiving and am back to tracking my food as of Monday. I know I'm serious about it this time; I even chose a gym with a 1-year commitment so I couldn't give up! I'm only down a pound so far, but I'm hopeful it will be the first of many to go.

well..i keep losing and gaining the same 1 lb this week...argh so frustrating but I guess it could be worse!

Weighed myself today and I'm down 2.4 since last time. 22.6lbs so far. I think having shingles may help as I don't feel like eating at all!

I'm not stepping on a scale for at least a week. Just got back from my cruise and man was the food amazing and I was VERY, VERY bad. :)

Mind if I join you too? I started back on WW in October, Dr.'s orders for my blood sugar. I am down 14 lbs. since the 18th of October. WI day is Thursday, although I won't be going this week because my son has his 4th grade Christmas program and I won't have time to do both. I want to stay level or lose during the holidays this year--that's my small goal. My bigger goal is a good A1C when take it at the beginning of February.

congrats on all the losses everyone :) i decided to get serious again after thanksgiving - and am down 9 lbs so far. i'm hoping to lose some more before the end of the year - but with all the holiday stuff going on i guess i'll be happy if i don't gain ;) ... haha - no, just kidding, we are having a pretty relaxed holiday, so i should be able to stick to the plan :)

Down another 1.4lbs for a total of 24lbs. I'm 9lbs away from where I was when I lost weight last time and I can't wait! I'm feeling so good about myself lately and can't wait to feel even better!

I've been losing a little bit slower than before, but it's still mostly consistent. I'm now within 5 lbs of my goal. I'm getting excited to move into maintenance mode rather than weight loss mode. Hopefully, that will happen soon. :)

That's awesome Jennifer! Congrats on being able to lose weight at this time of year. That is really an accomplishment!

I have definitely NOT lost weight over the last week. I've probably gained a few. But, I have not made myself resist all the Christmas treats around here. I'm back on track as of today. :)

Congrats on the losses! I'm down 9 lbs since the week after Thanksgiving, which amazes me. Over the last few years all of my weight loss attempts have resulted in struggling to lose 2-3 lbs a month. Food-wise what I'm doing this time is the same as all those less successful times, so going to the gym 3x a week must be what's making the difference. The next few days will be trickier because we'll have family visiting and do lots of eating out.
