GIMP- How do I convert psd to png? Anyone?

I use the Storybook Creator program and it only allows me to use templates that have a .page file or pngs. I've noticed some people mentioning GIMP to help convert psd to png. I've never tried GIMP...

I love using Cindy Schneider templates because they are all converted to a .page file for Story Book Creater users. I wish more designers would offer that as an option! But since they don't, does...
