How frustrating! Dealing with insurance companies can be a nightmare. They have no problem paying $10 a piece for a Motrin, but won't pay for a necessary scan. So screwed up.

Yep mine collects water where the fabric softner and bleach go. I just pop it out and dump the water before each load. Mine comes out for cleaning, so I've never thought much about it.
