I didn't mean to imply that. It's just that some dogs seem to have temperaments that aren't suitable for children. Like Dachshunds, for example. I think I used the wrong word there. Sorry about that.

This is what we're planning on doing. I just want to have a general idea of what to expect. If they were known to be aggressive, I might be less inclined to let DH bring him home in the first place.

Need Input from Dog People

My DH called and asked if we could, possibly, get a new dog. One of his co-workers "rescued" it from a breeder who had too many puppies and needed to get rid of them. He's a Hairless Chinese Crested....
