Where I live we basically have two temps.. blazing hot and freezing cold!

So as my kids put it we have two weathers here "Icecream weather and chili weather" ... LOL!

I want cold weather so I can make a huge pot of chili!

I need to find casseroles to make, the family loves them but Im bored of the same ol' same ol' thing!
