I had a good week - lost 3 pounds. Seems like I go every other week with a good one and then a flat one. I've had a harder time getting up to go walking this week, and hubby's tonsillectomy hasn't helped. But, I'm trying to stick to things.
Also, my iPhone app told me that I'm losing weight too fast. I've averaged 2.6 per week since I've started. I guess it should be closer to 2, but I'm just doing the program. I'm eating plenty of food while keeping within my points, so I'm not going to worry about it too much. Considering the amount of weight I need to lose, I don't think it's such a bad thing to lose it a titch faster - especially in the beginning. I know it will slow down the closer I get to my big goal.
