Here's one I make a lot because I can keep everything in the pantry:
Tuna Tomato Pasta
8 oz. tube pasta white wine
2 tbs. butter salt/pepper to taste
garlic to taste 2 Tbl. Olive or vegetable oil
2 cans diced tomatoes ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 package tuna
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in butter in a large skillet. Add tomatoes and tuna. Add white wine and seasonings to taste. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil while in drainer. Add pasta to sauce in skillet. Toss in parmesan cheese and heat through. Enjoy!
(I also add in fresh oregano or basil if I have it. Italian seasoning is tasty too!)
Bruschetta Chicken is another favorite around here.
