Default If you've lost weight....

how do you keep the drive to keep it off or to keep going to get to your weight loss goal? I'm so not motivated to keep losing weight other than I'm sick of being "fat". I get this painful twinge in my upper chest when I think about the food I want and what I can actually have and feel utterly depressed that I can't just eat what I want.

So tell me...what have you done to get through a diet and reach a goal or even just what helped you stayed focused on your goal?

I need to lose a lot more (like 50 pounds) but I want to try to get 20 pounds gone in 10 weeks so I can get some smaller clothes for summer vacation...help me out!
