And as far as course ness goes, I wonder if protein or deep conditioning would help. Healthy hair is happy hair.

Wouldn't say it's so much worrying about age in many cases as it's about liking how you look. I'm 38 and I actually enjoy getting older, no panic from the 40s or anything. I think age comes hand in hand with the ability to be happy. :-) But I look horrid with grey hair, so I dye. That's all there is to it. :-)
