I did mine by park. Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom.
I made a separate section of all the character photos. I did not separate those by park.
I had mine printed into two photo books. In the last photo book after the two parks I included some other adventures of our trip to Florida -- places we ate outside of the parks, trip to the beach & tropical flowers I saw along the way & our trip to the Kennedy Space Center.
It's a big project but so much fun.
