What a beautiful plant!

The other ladies here gave you some good advice. My mother used to grow beautiful jade plants. The biggest thing was to not water it too much.

Go ahead an pick off the dead brown leaves. If one of the green leaves happens to fall off you can try sticking the cut end in your dirt and sometimes that may start a new plant. My mom used to do that with her jade plants.
