Both of my grandparents were Grandma & Grandpa. My husband's grandmother was called Frannie - her first name. My children call/called their grandparents Mimi & Boppa (Mimi was chosen by herself, Boppa was named by the oldest grandchild) and Memaw and Grandpa.
My oldest kiddo turns 21 this year and I've had my grandmother name picked since he was a baby lol. I'll be called Oma (oh-mah) which is the German word for Grandma.
