As for why - since forever I've loved the whole process from browsing/planning meals, grocery shopping, cooking and then eating it. The only part I don't like is cleaning up.

My mom was big on collecting things and cook books was one of them. She had a ton and I kept some of them, but gave the majority away. I like to look at them, but I hate to cook or shop or meal plan. Maybe you could send me yours each week to copy? LOL
