I do something similar to you...Winter themed/Spring/Fall/Christmas.
I tend to go over the top with Christmas. We bought a second tree last year on clearance to go in my office/library. I have a tiered tray I put stuff on...Valentines or Fourth of July but the rest is pretty generic. I do have a flag outside and mat that I change out with seasons too. Oh and a wreath. Fall one, Christmas, Yellow flowers for spring, flag one for 4th of july. I need to take more photos...
I have a slight gnome obsession...this one was from a while ago...they have increased in number.
