We eat salmon at least once a week. I use a honey (or Maple syrup) and soy sauce and garlic mix to cook mine.
I make sure the filets are dry and put salt and pepper on both sides. I mix 2/3 cup of maple syrup or honey and 1/2 cup of soy sauce with some garlic. Let it marinate for a hour or so. (sometimes mine doesn't marinate long). We pour sauce mixture and put the salmon in the air fryer at 400 until the filets measure 165 degrees. Usually about 10 to 15 mins. I sometimes have to double the sauce mixture when we cook 4 or 5 filets. We scoop out some of the sauce to put on the salmon and mix it with the rice and veggies.
We eat it with jasmine rice and green beans.
I use the maple syrup bc honey is acidic and gives me heart burn sometimes.
