I wish I liked salmon, but I don't. I could eat it if I had to, though. Anytime I've ever had it, it tastes too fishy. I even had it once at a reputable fine seafood restaurant, and it didn't taste that great. Everyone's ideas on how to prepare it sound good, so maybe I'll try it at some point when my son is out of the house. He gags at seafood smells.
