We have some picky eaters, so usually when I make salmon, it's a surf & turn night & the boys have steak. I love cooking it in the airfryer, but usually I have a big fillet. I love to use the bbq grill too- but often it's the oven or in a pan. I have a really good recipe for garlic honey salmon that you make in a frying pan and then have a yummy teriyaki like sauce for on top. Let me find it for ya!
