I tried keeping a list and marking things off a la the Becky Higgins method, But I kept forgetting where I put my notebook. I tried taping a list to my fridge, but I get used to seeing it there and forget about it.
I honestly think the best thing I could do is to have my husband sit down with me every night and "make" me work on my list, but he feels like I'm treating him like he's my mom when I do that.
ADHD Love has an app where you log on and get stuff done with other people who are also getting stuff done, and I'm thinking about trying it out.
