I love salmon I just add salt, dill and little bit oil (a neutral one), then to the oven, when is done, I separate few filets, I check that doesn't contain bones and I crumble them. Separately, I wash some large potatoes, clean them and cut them into strips, and place them in a greased baking dish with a little oil or butter. In a bowl mix 100 ml whipped cream or full cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, salt and dill, mix well, drop with a spoon little bit of this mix over the potatoes, a little of the salmon, and cover with more potatoes, more cream mix and more salmon, the last cover is always potatoes and cream. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 C (356 F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through. Some people add chopped onion & more dill, especially at the top, but I no longer do because the salmon already has the dill, and the onion gives a different flavor, I like more without onion.
I found the recipe on youtube, sharing here
