Salmon is a regular on our menu because of it's health benefits. The easiest method is a sprinkle of garlic SALT and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Cook at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes per inch of thickness. Salmon is one of those fish that it is okay to slightly under cook.

The one brown sugar or maple syrup hazard is that it can quickly burn while the fish is cooking. Always line whatever baking dish you use.

We usually do fillets and occasionally in the air fryer

We also like simple taco spice on them. If you cook them right, it doesn't really matter what your seasoning of choice is because they'll be good and your body will say thank you.

Salmon and pretty much every fish is pretty pricey these days. So I just make sure I buy what I can eat vs any extra that might become leftovers because it is best freshly cooked I think.
