I think I'm in the minority in this thread - but I love going to the salon! I like everything about the experience from the moment I walk in and they offer a cup of tea. It's my me-time mini-break every month and a half.
(I probably also like it since I got bangs last year and they'd drive me nuts if I didn't have them cut regularly.)
