i've actually been thinking of it too. i've got a couple friends that have done it and love it. My hubby is snipped, but I'm still thinking of doing it because of how heavy my periods are. One of my friends says she only has light spotting now when her period is due. I bet you anything it helps lessens or get rid of cramps!
