LOL- I didn't have a note in mine about a smell......but after just sniffing mine, it does smell a little funny.
Nothing noticeable unless I'm literally touching it though, and it's hanging on the wall next to my desk, so I'm sure my super-sensitive nose would be annoyed if it lasted. Hilarious!
