ok - I SOOO want to cry right now
after reading this I thought Goober might be what has been causing my computer to act weird all weekend. So I uninstalled it - now NONE of my 4 USB ports work. That means no mouse and no EHD.
The HP chat bot had me uninstall the ports but that didn't work. I"m too upset to even try them again. I hate computer issues!!
