I truely want to thank you all for the support...(crying) its so nice to hear advice and what others think of the situation without being judged or told that this is "the easy way out"

I checked out the website for Dave, and I am going to go look for the book.

The house is listed...its scares the crap out of me, cause we already have viewings booked and we honest to God have no Plan.....I think we will be moving back to Alberta....With the sale of the house, we stand to gain a HUGE profit....most of it will go to paying off debt and the rest will have to get us into a new home....time will tell I guess. DH asked his current boss if he could get a guarantee (because hes a mechanic, they never get paid the same) his boss told him today at lunch that he thought he was making plenty of money....what a load! So I think DH is leaning towards the other job...
