I also try to exercise first thing, it gets the day off to a good start. I am just getting back on the bandwagon after a terrible winter, I've gained 30 pounds. I had abdominal surgery, then not two months later, a car accident, so that did not help at all...I spent the winter until about March lying around eating.
I lost a lot of weight on Weight Watchers a couple of years ago. I have to reprogram myself again, that just because I blew one meal doesn't mean I blew the entire thing. I do boredom eat, and that is a huge problem.
Good luck to you, I am in the same boat, and hope that I can find the motivation to get back to where I was a year ago.
