Yep, I have a set coming out tomorrow and it has overlays with and without frames, so they work for both photos and papers. My team asked me to make some, and well their wish is my command!
This one is my favorite so far. (I haven't had a chance to play with the rest yet.) I think it would be totally cool to use with a newspaperish layout!
