My grandfather was diagnosed with lung & lymph node cancer in March. He looked and sounded terrible when we saw him on Aug.30th. They gave him 2 days to live and those 2 days are up today. My parents called me and asked if I could come up soon because he has gone downhill really quickly so I'll be heading out tomorrow after dropping Kristen off at school. My ILs are going to take care of them for a few days. I really hoped he would beat the cancer.
