My daughter turned 6 in May and her absolute favorite gift of all was a gift card to Old Navy.
She was so excited to go into the store and use her 'credit card' to pick out and pay for her very own clothes.
It was quite an ordeal - and a good math lesson too - because we found several outfits and she had to figure out how she was going to get the biggest bang for her buck so to speak because she wanted an entire outfit.
Other than that, her favorites were a craft set from one of her friends and a High School Musical hat.
