As far as my Dream CTs I'd have to say the Dare team is tops! I get to pick four new designers each month (since I coordinate it) and so it's like getting to play with a few products from 4 new people each month! woot!
I also really like Kasia, Emily Powers and Holly Griego, but I rarely use anything that isn't SSD these days
