I'm so glad to head it's been taken care of!
Speaking of repairs and people who aren't that honest... our dishwasher refused to work and the repair guy came out and told us it was because we weren't using the correct BRAND of dishwasher detergent.
I won't even repeat my response as it was about 90% profanity.
