take it from me, you can't go wrong with 3M Scotch Permanent Double Sided Tape. I have used this stuff for years as a paper scrapper and now with my digital printables and never had a problem. I stock up on these at the grocery store, so convenient and inexpensive. Double stick tape will work on pretty much anything, I have used it with paper, metal, acrylic, photo paper, chipboard, etc.

Bree mentioned Red Line Tape which is sometimes also referred to as "Terrifically Tacky" tape. This stuff is pretty easy to find in various roll sizes and even sheets. It is the UBER adhesive because it will stick to everything! I have used it for sand, micro beads, and altering tins.
