I'm addicted to the ball rolling balance game and I just feel better after doing the yoga stuff. I'm very clutzy and I could never get the tree right in a real yoga class, but keeping in the yellow circle helped me to figure out when I was going wrong. For cardio I'm using we cheer! We bought a mini trampoline for the aerobic exercises to save our knees and feet.
