The manager and/or head pharmacist definitely needs told.
We changed pharmacies after I was told by the person at the pharmacy counter that rather than buy a separate iron supplement (DS was anemic) that I could just give him three times the dose of the regular vitamin.
I called the head pharmacist over and was told absolutely not to do that! (Some vitamins are harmful in over the 100% dose.)
