We're basically veggie-less here...so...that in mind...what are your favorite pork recipes? I have almost 20 pounds of boneless pork loin (cut into pork chops)...

Going to make "pork chop soup" (cream of celery soup, water, rice in crockpot)
and "spanish pork chops"....but would love some new ideas...do you grill? What do you put on it? Bake...recipes...??
