I ordered a book from them and was happy with it, but the colors were a little muted. But seeing your book makes me think that maybe it was just a one-off thing, since the color looks pretty vibrant on yours. (I don't think it's my monitor since my Inkubook turned out great and my single page prints turn out fine too.) It's good to see some that turn out well - it makes me consider giving them another try!
I did love the 10x10 size too, and I thought their binding was very nice, but the logo on the back of mine is pretty awful too. You'd think they would at least be able to print their logo ledgibly
