yeah their Customer Service IS amazing!!! I've had to talk to peeps on the phone there a few times and they are super sweeties!!!
AND
i had a set of biz cards printed through them and a few were messed up (not a lot, just a few really) and i asked if i could have a few more sent and they sent me a whole new run of them for free!
i've had photos printed, los, and double sided biz cards all printed and everything was FAB!
(and yes to the hoops, but worth it!)
