some good has come out of it; Chad told them they could include the appliances when they took over the house. i didnt agree to this. but now since they don't want it, i get to keep my brand new fridge, my LG microwave (this thing is awesome.), and my favorite, my Bosch dishwasher! i lOVE that thing! so whatever, they can move
