Im totally with you there Kellie!
Another issue I had was the differences in origins - It took me 3 days to let him name our first Natalie. Our second was named b4 she was born if she turned out to be a girl. Her Grandma was Yuseline which translated to Jocelyn - we found Jaslyn in an book of names in the library and since we both loved it we stopped looking.
My mum was Audrey - I wasnt inclined to use it for my dd's tho. Same went with the middle name I shared with her - Winifred was never going to be in my preferred list. Not all heritage names are an honor to pass on!! Fanny and Anus were 2 others that never made it to the current generation!! No guesses as to why there!!
GL with your decision!
